Refund & Return Policy

At BizTech Solutions, we provide genuine digital license keys for Windows, Office, and other essential software products. As these products are delivered digitally, traditional returns do not apply. However, we offer refunds, replacements, or store credits under certain conditions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Refund Eligibility:

A full refund may be offered if:

  • The license key was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
  • The license key is invalid or non-functional, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • The product delivered is materially different from what was ordered.

Reporting Window:

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

Guarantee Period:

We offer a resolution guarantee of 7 days from the date of purchase. If a valid issue is reported within this period, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Replacement or Store Credit:

If a refund is not possible, we may offer:

  • A replacement key of equal value.
  • Store credit redeemable on any future purchase from BizTech Solutions.

Refund or Return Not Applicable If:

  • The key has been successfully activated.
  • The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery.
  • The 7-day guarantee period has expired.
  • The problem is due to user error, such as purchasing the wrong version or using an incompatible system.
  • The buyer changes their mind after receiving the product.
